SUMMARY

The Gainsborough Bath Spa is in the heart of the historic and beautiful spa town of Bath. Built in the 1800s and named after artist Sir Thomas Gainsborough, there are two Grade II listed buildings which show off Victorian and Georgian architectural styles. This 5* hotel is a perfect base to explore the area and is lucky to boast access to the natural thermal, mineral-rich waters the city offers. The thermal waters contain around many minerals, including sulphate, calcium and chloride which are known to aid muscular relief as well as softening, cleansing and nourishing the skin.
