The Ionian islands are a beautiful part of Greece, much of which gets overlooked for other famous Greek Islands. Comprised of places such as Kefalonia, Lefkas, Ithaca and many more, these are the islands for people who want to find lesser-known gems alongside the more touristy parts. Beautiful blue waters, high rocky cliffs, colourful little villages and beautiful weather are what make these islands so attractive.
