It was so lovely to speak with you yesterday Anthony and find out more about you both and this super special trip to Mo'orea for Darius' 40th Birthday.
We spoke about the Hilton Mo'orea in a gorgeous overwater bungalow which is what is waiting for you across 5 nights. I am so happy we spoke last night as I reached out to my contact following our chat and found out that there is only one overwater bungalow for your dates left.
The Hilton is the best place to stay in Mo'orea, giving you the opportunity to explore the paradisical islands. As promised I have also included some really amazing experiences including some really amazing private experiences including a stunning horse trek into the Belvedere Valley as well as a super fun 4WD safari experience into the heart of the island and on to one of the local beaches with a delicious lunch.
I completely appreciate that you were hoping to have these excursions for just you & Darius however I was conscious that we were on the higher end of how much you were looking to spend. If you did wish to upgrade to private, I have popped below the additional cost per person for your review.
Everything from touchdown to take off is arranged including your round trip flights, transport to and from the airport as well as a special birthday surprise from me that you'll find below.
I know we are a little over budget, but I really wanted to include the best accommodation possible from start to finish.
As we are within 12 weeks of your departure we would usually ask for the full balance upfront, however I am aware that you will be receiving your bonus next month. I have pulled some strings behind the scenes and I have been able to hold your overwater bungalow until the end of the day today. In order to officially confirm your stay this requires a deposit of $6,500 USD which I hope is alright for you guys, with the final payment not due until the 1st of March.
I cannot tell you how excited I am to speak with you at 12:30 PM Central to hear your thoughts on this incredible trip to celebrate this momentous occasion for you both.

Upon arrival at Tahiti Airport, you will be met by a fabulous Out Of Office and transferred to Tahiti Port. From here, you will board the fast ferry to the incredible island of Mo'orea. For those looking to get more connected with the locals and Polynesian culture, breezy Mahana is a family-run lunch restaurant full of wonderful grilled mahimahi (dorado), tuna sashimi and the national dish, "Poisson Cru". Based in a sublime location overlooking the turquoise lagoon, this heart-stealing open-air snack bar is surrounded by locals and visitors alike who come here for a tasty lunch and to enjoy the warm sun.
