Thank you for our chat we had on Monday about your incredible travel plans with your partner, twins, daughter and Mom to the beautiful luxury shores of French Polynesia. I am delighted to enclose your spectacular itinerary, which features some gorgeous accommodations, amazing memories and all your logistics for a seamless experience.
Included in your itinerary, I have factored in some great economy flights with Air Tahiti Nui, departing out of LAX directly overnight with arrival to Tahiti in the morning. Upon your arrival, and throughout your trip, you will benefit from our meet & greet services to ensure you are welcomed with a smile in classic Polynesian style before being taken to your Resorts.
During your stay in Moorea, as we spoke about, due to the accommodation setups, there currently isn't a Villa or Bungalow that can accommodate all of you under one roof. However, I reached out to my contact at the stunning Sofitel who would be more than happy to ensure that one of your Beach Bungalow can house both you, your partner and your twins, with the other Bungalow next door accommodating your Mom and your daughter so you can remain closeby, and only be separated by a wall and some sand!
In Bora Bora though, I have managed to nab an incredible rate from my contact for your stay at the impeccable 5* Intercontinental Thalasso Resort & Spa – you will have prime position in their last Two-Bedroom Teremoana Villa, where all of you can be under one roof as these Villas can house up to 8 people. Both you, and your partner will have one king bedroom, your Mom will have the other, with your three kids having sofa bed setups in the spacious living room space.
During your time in the Polynesian islands, I have not forgotten about ensuring you have that mix of fun, adventure and relaxation. With some gorgeous private tours both in and out of the water that would work super nicely for your family, you can make some awesome memories, whilst still having plenty of quality time to relax and enjoy the view together as you requested.
I know that we are just $4.7K over the total $60K budget you had mentioned, but I hope that with the rate I was able to confirm with my contact on that final 2-Bed Villa at the Intercontinental, I have actually managed to save around $6000 which is amazing!

If you've been dreaming of holiday-brochure turquoise lagoons, white-sand beaches, vertical peaks and lush landscapes, you'd be hard-pressed to find better than this gem of an island. Hovering less than 20km across the 'Sea of the Moon' from its big sister, Tahiti, Mo'orea absorbs its many visitors so gracefully that it feels surprisingly nontouristy.

Follow your guide for this full day tour of Moorea! Spend your morning in 4WD discovering the interior of the island, its magnificent panoramas and cultural beauties.
Lunch time will be enjoyed reef side at the Pointe de Temae, with a typical Polynesian dish served with a glass of punch. A short break will give you time to stroll along the beach, collect some nice shells and swim in the lagoon.
In the afternoon, you will be driven to Afareaitu where an easy family friendly hike up of about 15m will take you to one of the waterfalls of the valley. Do not hesitate to take a dip! An enjoyable moment for the discovery of the different facets of Moorea.

Come and meet the Polynesians who will make you discover and share their culture, their art and their dances. Almost 30 years ago this traditional village was created where Tahitian artists and craftspeople live and work.
This picturesque village, nestled by the lagoon of Haapiti, depicts the "old Tahiti" with its typical houses with coconut palm roofs.
For an entire evening, in a Polynesian village of yesterday, enjoy a typical Polynesian buffet featuring many dishes cooked in the traditional ground oven: roasted pig, chicken in Polynesian spinach, bread fruit, taro, fei,fish etc… BBQ chicken and beef, and different kinds of salad are as well available.
With flowers, coconut palms, and burning torches…the feast decor and festive atmosphere just for you.
During your meal, first will perform a trio of musicians, then a spectacular dance show will tell you all about Tahitian legends, all performed in the natural settings of an open-air theatre with the Tiki Village's troupe, dancers, and musicians.
The highlight of the evening is the Fire dancing performed by young native men from Moorea.
