As requested, I have removed the one night at the end of your trip from Helsinki and instead added in a return flight straight out of Lapland with two layovers on the way home. You will also now be staying at the exquisite Kakslauttanen Arctic Resort, an impeccable property that is sure to take your breath away.

Stay in one of the two-person igloos include a toilet and the option of adding an extra person too. Saunas and showers are available in separate buildings. The four-person igloos include their own toilet and shower.
Breakfast and a three-course set menu dinner each day is included.

As midnight approaches, the opportunity to witness the Auroras grows. With luck, you might get to share this magical moment with your newfound furry friends! After the ride, we stop at a traditional hut for sausages and a warm drink.
All husky safaris are based on two people sharing a sled unless otherwise stated.

This reindeer safari offers you an insight into how the real traditional life in Lapland used to be.
Your guide will pick up guests from Kakslauttanen and provide thermal outfits at the farm. After photo opportunity with reindeer, it’s time to sit comfortably in the sledge under warm blankets and head into the wilderness.
The pace is calm and you can relax, breath in the fresh air and listen to the soundscape of the arctic wilderness. After the ride, you will enter to a traditional reindeer herder’s shelter and home “kota” to enjoy hot juice and a Finnish treat. You will also learn about the fascinating nature and culture of the region.
