About your itinerary

? Don't forget that if something isn't quite right we can make changes to the itinerary.
I have quoted you for an INCREDIBLE trip to Spain, giving you the opportunity to explore Barcelona and Sitges. I have included two of my favorite hotels, private transfers, and some incredible authentic experiences in Barcelona.  Have a look through them and let me know your thoughts.
I have not included your flights at this stage, since you and your friends will all be traveling from different airports, I wanted to map out the land arrangements for you first and make sure these tick all the right boxes for your fantastic 60th Birthday trip! Once we have this side of things locked in we can get the flights secured for you.
I hope you love this trip as much as I have enjoyed putting it together for you!
I can't wait to hear your thoughts on this adventure Craig.
Best travels,
Alice Evans

Text Welcome to Barcelona
Barcelona is a vibrant and colorful city located on the northeastern coast of Spain. It is a city that is rich in history, culture, and art, and is known for its stunning architecture, delicious food, and lively nightlife.
One of the most iconic landmarks in Barcelona is the Sagrada Familia, a stunning basilica designed by the famous architect Antoni Gaudi. The basilica is a masterpiece of modernist architecture and is still under construction, with an estimated completion date of 2026. Another must-see attraction in Barcelona is the Park Guell, also designed by Gaudi. The park is a beautiful and whimsical space filled with colorful mosaics, sculptures, and winding paths that offer stunning views of the city.
For those interested in art, the Picasso Museum is a must-visit. The museum houses an extensive collection of works by the famous artist, including many of his early works.
Barcelona is also known for its delicious food, with a wide variety of restaurants and cafes serving up traditional Spanish dishes such as paella, tapas, and fresh seafood. The city is also home to a thriving nightlife scene, with many bars and clubs staying open late into the night.

These are my highlights of Barcelona:
LGBTQ+ Neighborhoods: I recommend exploring the Eixample district, specifically the area known as "Gaixample," which is the heart of Barcelona's gay scene. This neighborhood is filled with LGBTQ+-friendly bars, clubs, and shops.
Gastronomy: Barcelona is known for its incredible food scene. Here you can check out Michelin-starred restaurants like Disfrutar or Tickets for a memorable dining experience. Make sure you try traditional Catalan cuisine at places like Can Culleretes or Els Quatre Gats too.
Nightlife: Barcelona has a vibrant nightlife scene. I would suggest visiting LGBTQ+ clubs like Arena Madre, Sala Apolo, or Metro Disco for a fun night out.
Sightseeing: Barcelona offers numerous iconic attractions. My favorites include the famous Sagrada Familia, Park Güell, and Casa Batlló. I would always recommend getting tickets or tours booked in advance for these to avoid having to wait for entrance.
Beaches: Barcelona has beautiful beaches to relax and soak up the sun. Head to Barceloneta Beach or Nova Icaria Beach, which are popular among locals.

Text Welcome to Sitges
Just 35km southwest of Barcelona, Sitges sizzles with beach life, late-night clubs and an enviable festival calendar. Sitges has been a resort town since the 19th century, and was a key location for the Modernisme movement, which paved the way for the likes of Picasso. These days it’s Spain’s most famous gay holiday destination.
In July and August, Sitges cranks up the volume to become one big beach party, while Carnaval unbridles the town's hedonistic side. But despite the bacchanalian nightlife, Sitges remains a classy destination: its array of galleries and museums belie its small size, there’s a good choice of upmarket restaurants in its historic centre (which is lined with chic boutiques), and the October film festival draws culture fiends from miles around. The town is quieter during the off season, but you can still get a feel for it.

These are my recommendations for what not to miss in Sitges!
Explore the Beaches: Sitges is known for its beautiful beaches, so make sure to spend some time soaking up the sun and enjoying the crystal-clear waters. The most popular gay beach is Playa de la Bassa Rodona, where you can relax on a sunbed, sip cocktails at the beachfront bars, and mingle with other LGBTQ+ travelers.
Explore the Old Town: Take a stroll through Sitges' charming Old Town, filled with narrow streets, picturesque squares, and beautiful architecture. Visit the iconic Church of Sant Bartomeu i Santa Tecla, and don't miss the Museu Cau Ferrat, a museum dedicated to the works of local artist Santiago Rusiñol.
Indulge in Gastronomy: Sitges is home to a wide range of excellent restaurants, offering both local and international cuisine. Treat yourself to a culinary adventure and try traditional Catalan dishes such as paella, fideuà (a seafood-based dish similar to paella but made with noodles), and crema catalana (a creamy custard dessert). For a truly luxurious experience, book
