About your itinerary

? Don't forget that if something isn't quite right we can make changes to the itinerary.
Welcome to paradise at Six Senses Laamu, Maldives – where azure waters meet pristine white sands, and luxury seamlessly blends with nature.
I am delighted to present you with your exquisite luxurious and dreamy 14-night family getaway to the unbelievable paradise that is The Maldives.
I am removing the flights from the itinerary as these would be less to book directly with the airlines. Your itinerary Is inclusive of all taxes and transfers within the Maldives.
Should you wish to bring the cost down we can of course look at the Lagoon Overwater Villa, as this does reduce the cost but the views from your vill will 100% be the best from the ocean overwater villa.
I hope we can confirm your Maldives getaway with Out Of Office. I am here to take care of everything from my end and of course, work with my contact in The Maldives to ensure the perfect getaway for the three of you. We are proud to be a luxury LGBT travel company that facilitates safe travel globally even to destinations such as the Maldives. I know for a lot of LGBT travelers this can be a little daunting but we are on hand every step of the way to create a seamless experience for your trip.
Should you wish we can also arrange a VIP greeting on arrival to the Maldives for an additional which would allow us to bypass the regular security/immigration on arrival and departure and have one of our team greet you directly from the airplane and take you through a private security/immigration with a member of our fabulous team on the ground there.
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts and despite not being competitive on the flights I hope we can still take care of everything during your time at the Maldives.

Text Welcome to The Maldives
Unrivalled luxury, stunning white-sand beaches and an amazing underwater world make Maldives an obvious choice for a true holiday of a lifetime.
Unbelievable Beaches
Maldives is home to perhaps the best beaches in the world; they’re on almost every one of the country’s nearly 1200 islands and are so consistently perfect that it’s hard not to become blasé about them. While some beaches may boast softer granules than others, the basic fact remains: you won't find consistently whiter-than-white powder sand and luminous cyan-blue water like this anywhere else on earth. This fact alone is enough to bring well over a million people a year to this tiny, remote Indian Ocean paradise.
Resorts for Everyone
Every resort in Maldives is its own private island, and with over 100 to choose from the only problem is selecting where you want to stay. At the top end, the world’s most exclusive hotel brands compete with each other to attain ever-greater heights of luxury, from personal butlers and private lap pools to in-room massages and pillow menus. It’s not surprising that honeymooners and those seeking a glamorous tropical getaway have long had the country at the very top of their wish lists. But there’s also plenty of choice beyond the five- and six-star resorts.
Independent Travel
Maldives has undergone seismic change in the past 10 years, since inhabited islands have been opened to tourism and locals permitted to build their own guesthouses. Travelers no longer have to stay in resorts and remain separate from the local population, something that kept backpackers away for decades. Island hopping by public ferry, speedboat and domestic flights has opened up this incredible country to visitors on almost all budgets. A number of islands in Male and Ari atolls are now big centers for a booming guesthouse industry, with dozens of options on each.
Underwater World
With some of the best diving and snorkeling in the world, the clear waters of Maldives are a magnet for anyone with an interest in marine life. The richness and variety is astonishing; dazzling coral walls, magnificent caves and schools of brightly colored tropical fish await you when you get down to the reef. In deeper waters lurk manta rays, turtles, sharks and even the world’s largest fish, the whale shark. The best bit? The water is so warm many people don’t even wear a wetsuit.

Explore uninhabited islands, go island hopping, meet the locals and relax on secluded sandbanks. Snorkel in the coral-rich house reef rubbing fins with colourful fish. Dive the deep blue as early birds or night owls. Surf the Yin Yang. Or just hang. There is something for everyone during their stay at Six Senses, and one that always remains in lux style!
Some wonderful experiences that are additional to the classic Maldives activities are:
RECONNECT WITH NATURE
Start the day with our team of Marine Biologists at the Maldives Underwater Initiative (MUI) for a snorkel on the house reef or seagrass meadows. In the afternoon join the MUI team for a land-based citizen science workshop where you might identify turtles with the Olive Ridley Project or manta rays with the Manta Trust. For sunset, board the top deck of one of our dive boats to meet the local dolphins on their daily commute. Finish the day with a barbecue on the beach where you will dine on fresh reef fish caught sustainably by the local fishermen of Laamu atoll.
SUNSET & DOLPHIN CRUISE
Beautiful, intelligent animals that have held fascination for centuries, dolphins often make their way through Laamu atoll at sunrise and sunset. Guests frequently witness playful dolphins spinning and diving alongside the boat. On the return voyage, sit back and watch the vibrant colors change in the sky with your on-board marine biologist to give insights on the atoll's underwater life.
DESERTED ISLAND PICNIC
Your private island lies a 40 minutes speedboat ride away! Our chefs have prepared your picnic basket including light lunch, dessert and a bottle of wine that you can enjoy under the shade of the coconut trees. Grab your snorkeling gear to explore the surrounding lagoon or simply relax on comfortable sun loungers on the beach. An experience for families or a romantic getaway for couples.
CINEMA UNDER THE STARS
A true Six Senses experience is one that is unexpected. Relax on a sun lounger with the palms rustling in the breeze. Enjoy their state-of-the-art surround-sound system, along with homemade popcorn. Scheduled screenings take place three times a week, but should you wish to have a more private experience, screenings can also be arranged for couples, families or groups.
