Day 1: Arrival in Mustique
Touch down in your private paradise as you arrive on Mustique via scheduled island-hop from Barbados or Saint Lucia. This exclusive isle, beloved by artists and royals alike, welcomes you with peace, privacy, and ocean views that redefine the word “luxury.” A member of The Cotton House team greets you at the airstrip, allowing you to feel the island’s effortless charm from the outset.
After check-in, settle into your Ocean View Cottage or Sea Breeze Suite, where hardwood floors, plush linens, and views of the Caribbean Sea set the tone for the week ahead. Spend your first afternoon decompressing by the infinity pool or wandering through the tropical gardens. Tonight, dine on the terrace beneath starlit skies.
Days 2-3: Leisure & Discovery on Island Time
Your next two days are the perfect invitation to slow down and explore at your own rhythm. Begin each morning with breakfast under swaying palms, followed by a relaxed walk along the cotton-soft sands of Macaroni Beach – a secluded stretch known only to insiders.
Adventure and luxury are available in equal measure here: you might take a paddleboard out into calm turquoise waters, enjoy a curated island hike with a private guide, or request a luxury picnic at Lagoon Bay, complete with Champagne and fresh seafood. Back at The Cotton House, indulge in a cocktail by the pool or retreat to the spa for a locally inspired treatment.
In the evening, you’ll be treated to exceptional cuisine at the Veranda Restaurant, where Caribbean ingredients meet French techniques. The atmosphere is refined yet relaxed, just like the island itself.
Day 4: Spa Sanctuary & Island Secrets
Today is devoted to stillness and self-care. Wake to the sound of the sea, then stroll to the Cotton House Spa, where a tailored treatment awaits – perhaps a coconut oil massage or a hibiscus facial using botanicals sourced from the island. Later, take a private Jeep tour with one of Mustique’s knowledgeable locals. You might sail to Bequia for market browsing and snorkelling with sea turtles, or journey to the Tobago Cays Marine Park, where untouched reef systems and powdery cays await. On board, your crew will prepare an indulgent lunch, including freshly grilled fish, fine wine, and the freedom to dive off the back deck into the clearest waters in the Caribbean.
Back on Mustique in the evenings, enjoy a lighter dinner and a nightcap at Basil’s Bar – the island’s legendary overwater venue known for its jazz nights.
Day 7: A Day for Reflection
Your final full day is yours to savour. Start with a morning yoga session overlooking the sea, or choose to linger over coffee on your private terrace. You might visit the Cotton House Boutique for curated fashion and local artisan wares, or book a private photography session to capture your time on the island.
For your last evening, we recommend a private beachfront dinner – a bespoke menu paired with a golden Mustique sunset.
Day 8: Departure
After a leisurely breakfast, your transfer to Mustique’s airstrip awaits. From here, you’ll connect back to Barbados or Saint Lucia for your international flight home.
