Constance Le Prince Maurice sits on a private peninsula of 60 hectares on the north-east coast of Mauritius, in the Poste de Flacq area on the edge of Bras D’Eau National Park.
The resort is bordered by a natural fish reserve and mangrove swamps on one side and a tranquil lagoon on the other, with two white sand beaches and gardens of rare vegetation running through the property. Constance Le Prince Maurice holds 64 Junior Suites, 12 Family Suites, 12 Villas, and the Princely Villa, a number of which are built on stilts over the lagoon.
The wine cellar, holding approximately 25,000 bottles, and Le Barachois, Mauritius’s only floating restaurant, are two of the most distinctive elements of the resort. Two 18-hole championship golf courses at the nearby sister resort, Constance Belle Mare Plage, are available with complimentary green fees and a complimentary shuttle throughout the day.

Accommodation
Junior Suites
Junior Suites are single-bedroom en suite units with an interior sitting area, a private terrace or balcony, dual basins, separate shower and bathtub, air conditioning, satellite TV, free WiFi, and a minibar.
Three configurations are available, garden view, beachfront, and on stilts over the lagoon. The stilts configuration places the suite directly above the water, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a deck extending over the lagoon.
Family Suites
Family Suites occupy thatched-roof buildings and include one main en suite bedroom, a sitting area, and a separate children’s room with bunk beds and its own bathroom. Ten Family Suites are on the ground or first floor with sea or garden views, and two have direct beach access.
Villas
Twelve villas sit directly on the beach with private pools and en suite bathrooms, including a whirlpool tub and a separate living space. Three of the twelve villas are built on stilts over the lagoon with private pools. All villas include the same amenity set as the Junior Suites with the addition of the private pool and the whirlpool tub.
Princely Villa
The Princely Villa covers 350 square meters and combines two Junior Suites and a villa with two heated swimming pools. It includes butler service and is suited to larger families or groups who want the most complete and private accommodation on the property.

Food & Drink
L’Archipel
The main restaurant serving buffet breakfast and à la carte dinner with ocean views.
Le Barachois
Mauritius’s only floating restaurant, serving freshly caught seafood and Mauritian dishes in a candlelit setting.
Asian Restaurant
Chinese and Japanese dishes prepared with local Mauritian ingredients.
Wine Cellar
Holds approximately 25,000 bottles, with sommelier-hosted tastings, pairing dinners, and wine and chocolate sessions available.
Bars
The Laguna Bar serves poolside cocktails and light bites with ocean views. A candlelit jetty bar operates in the evenings above the lagoon.
Spa & Wellness
The Constance Spa has a heated pool, sauna, steam room, and cold plunge pool, with massages, facials, and body treatments using Sisley products and Brice Nicham pedicures and manicures. A signature rum spirit massage is unique to the resort.
Two pools sit within the resort, an outdoor infinity pool at the beach edge and a lap pool set further into the gardens. A gym, two floodlit tennis courts, a putting green, bicycle hire, and complimentary water sports are available throughout the stay, with a kitesurfing school on the beach.
Complimentary golf at the Legends and Links courses at Constance Belle Mare Plage is included with a daily shuttle. The Constance Kids Club runs daily programs for children aged four to eleven.
