The legal landscape for LGBTQ+ rights in the US has shifted significantly since 2025. Same-sex marriage remains federal law following the 2015 Supreme Court ruling, and that has not changed.
However, the Trump administration has issued a series of executive orders that roll back federal non-discrimination protections, redefine sex as strictly binary at the federal level, and restrict transgender rights in areas including healthcare, federal employment, and documentation. A number of these orders face ongoing legal challenges, and many have been partially blocked by courts.
In practice, the day-to-day experience for gay and lesbian travelers across the country’s major cities remains broadly positive. New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Miami, Chicago, and Palm Springs have deep-rooted LGBTQ+ communities, strong local protections, and a culture of genuine welcome that operates largely independently of federal policy.
Provincetown, Fire Island, and Rehoboth Beach remain among the most established and affirming resort destinations in the country.

Day 1: Arrival To Grand Junction
Upon arrival at the airport, you’ll be transferred to your hotel in the wonderful Wine Country. This evening you’ll meet your new friends over an amazing welcome dinner complete with luscious local foods.
Day 2: Wine Country
After a hearty breakfast, you’ll enjoy a chilled morning by the pool before your exciting day ahead. Today’s you’ll get to discover Colorado’s Wine Country and all its culture with a visit to the local wineries followed by a trip to the ranch where you’ll explore and settle down in the great guest house with its charming stone fireplace, recreational area and a tasty dinner.
Days 3 To 7: Welcome To The Ranch
For days three to seven, you’ll get the ultimate experience of life on the ranch. Starting each day with a brilliant breakfast, to prepare for your fun-filled days with activities including horseriding through a variety of terrains, clay shooting, fly fishing, white water rafting in the famous Colorado River and much more. After each day, you’ll get plenty of options to unwind such as a cooking class, a stunning hike or simply lounging by the pool before joining everyone for cocktails with dinner. On one of the nights, there’s an extra special 8-12 course meal full of excellent food prepared by an expert chef.
Departure
On your last day, you’ll depart the ranch after breakfast and get transferred back to the airport for your flight home.
