Thirty minutes south of Athens on the glamorous Riviera coastline, the Four Seasons Astir Palace occupies a pine-covered peninsula with direct access to the Aegean Sea.
The resort is divided into three areas: Arion, with its retro-modernist architecture and adults-only spa pool; Nafsika, the social heart of the property with sea-view rooms, private pools, and a lively waterfront; and The Bungalows, which date to 1961 and retain the secluded glamour of the golden age of the Athens Riviera.
Across all three, the level of space and finish is exceptional, with rooms starting at 40m² and specialty suites reaching 450m².

Ten restaurants and bars cover an exceptional range. Pelagos holds a Michelin star for its Mediterranean seafood and seasonal Greek produce. Mercato offers Italian trattoria dining on a sea-view terrace, while Taverna 37 serves traditional Greek meze and grills on the beach. Helios brings a Latin American sharing menu to the waterfront, Matsuhisa Athens delivers Nobu-style Japanese-Peruvian cuisine, and Avra handles cocktails and live DJs with Aegean views. Private dining under the stars and 24-hour in-room dining are also available.
Experiences
The concierge programme is one of the most comprehensive in Greece. Private yacht tours reach Hydra, Aegina, and Spetses, with bespoke sailing charters also available. Guided tours cover the Acropolis, ancient Athens, Delphi, and Mycenae, while helicopter excursions include a private flight over Meteora. On site, watersports run from jet ski to sea kayak, and there are tennis courts, a padel court, Pilates reformer classes, and a full fitness programme. Helicopter transfers from the resort can be arranged directly.
