At a glance
Cheval Blanc Paris sits within the Art Deco walls of La Samaritaine, where 72 rooms and suites look out over the Seine toward Notre-Dame and the Eiffel Tower.
Paris has no shortage of grand hotels, but Cheval Blanc operates at a different register. Set within La Samaritaine, one of the city’s most storied Art Deco buildings on the banks of the Seine, the property was reimagined by architect Peter Marino as a celebration of French craftsmanship and living art. Contemporary works drift through every corridor and public space, present but never performative.
Just 72 rooms and suites, some with private winter gardens, look out over rooftops that stretch from Notre-Dame to the Eiffel Tower. The scale is deliberately compact, and service feels personal rather than procedural.
Four restaurants anchor the food and drink offering, including Michelin-starred Le Tout-Paris on the seventh floor. The Dior Spa Cheval Blanc brings an infinity pool and personalised treatment programmes guided by Maison Dior.

Accommodation
Notre-Dame Suite
Overlooking the Seine with uninterrupted views toward the towers of Notre-Dame, the suite is designed by Peter Marino in contemporary Art Deco style. A separate living room with private bar and wine cellar leads through to a honey-veined marble bathroom with walk-in hammam-shower and freestanding bathtub. A beauty bar, separate dressing room, and 24/7 Majordome service are included throughout.
Pont Neuf Deluxe Room
A step up in scale from the Deluxe Room, the Pont Neuf Deluxe is built around a generous lounge area and desk, set within a graphic palette of warm tones and materials. Light fills the room throughout the day. The marble bathroom includes a freestanding bathtub and walk-in hammam-shower, with a dedicated dressing room alongside. Rooms can connect for families or groups.
The Apartment
The most expansive option at Cheval Blanc Paris, The Apartment is a duplex with seven bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and dressing room. Private terraces face the Seine, with Notre-Dame Cathedral and the Eiffel Tower in full view. A swimming pool, hammam, sauna, treatment room, fitness suite, and private projection room sit within the residence, served by a dedicated private elevator.
Deluxe Room
Designed by Peter Marino around a reading nook and desk facing large bay windows, the Deluxe Room is warm and residential in feel despite sitting in the center of Paris. A vibrant palette of textures and colors gives the space character, while the marble bathroom includes a spacious bathtub and walk-in hammam-shower. A separate dressing area completes the layout.

Dining

Five restaurants and five Michelin stars sit under one roof. Le Tout-Paris, the hotel’s French brasserie, anchors the seventh floor with Seine views and reinvented classics. Langosteria brings Italian produce-led cooking, while Hakuba by Chef Takuya Watanabe delivers a ritualised Japanese dining experience. Plénitude, led by Chefs Arnaud Donckele and Maxime Frédéric, represents the pinnacle of the collection.
Dior Spa Cheval Blanc

The spa centers on a curved infinity pool tiled with handcrafted mosaics by Michael Mayer, open to hotel guests from 6:30am. A hammam, sauna, and snow shower sit alongside. Dior treatment rooms offer fully personalized programs, and the Rossano Ferretti hair salon is on site. The fitness studio runs 24/7.
France
France operates on Central European Time, one hour ahead of the UK and six hours ahead of the East Coast of the US. The TGV high-speed rail network is one of the best in the world and should be the default for inter-city travel: Paris to Lyon in two hours, Paris to Marseille in three, Paris to Bordeaux in just over two.
