Wellness
The Temazcal is a dome-shaped structure, commonly fashioned from clay or stone. It symbolises the Earth Mother’s womb. Inside, hot volcanic stones are used to produce steam when water is poured over them, with medicinal herbs often introduced to enhance the therapeutic effects of the steam. This traditional ceremony allows you to reground, and connect with the elements of earth, air, water and fire.
