Secrets Vallarta Bay is a 271-suite adults-only all-inclusive AAA Four Diamond resort on Banderas Bay, with free-flow access to sister property Dreams Vallarta Bay next door.
Sitting on the city side of Banderas Bay, around 15 minutes from Puerto Vallarta International Airport, the resort runs on Hyatt’s Unlimited-Luxury programme, with food, drinks, entertainment, and concierge service included across the property.
The accommodation covers 271 contemporary ocean-view suites in total, with private hot tubs in select categories and swim-out access in others. Upgraded Preferred Club suites add a higher tier of layout and exclusive privileges, including a private lounge and concierge.
Free-flow access to neighbouring Dreams Vallarta Bay opens up six more restaurants and two more bars alongside the seven venues already on site. The Secrets Spa adds a 14,000 sq ft hydrotherapy circuit, seaweed treatments, and signature facials, with the wider activity programme covering yoga, water sports, theme nights, and live entertainment. Pet-friendly stays are available in select room categories for small dogs.

Accommodation
Junior Suite
The rooms at Secrets Vallarta are all decorated beautifully and finished to a high standard. The Junior Suite Mountain Jungle View has a king-size or two double beds, a private furnished balcony or terrace and a lush tropical jungle view.
Junior Suite Swimout
The Junior Suite Swimout has all of the above, but you also have direct access to the gorgeous heated swimming pool.
Preferred Club Suite Swimout
These suites are spacious and luxurious. If you stay in any preferred club room, you will be entitled to preferred club benefits, which include a preferred club lounge, concierge service, a private swimming pool, upgraded mini bar, and much more. The master suite swimout also had direct access to the pool, so perfect if you need to cool off.
Presidential Suite
Enjoy a large luxurious bedroom with a king size bed. A large living area with personal bar, a spacious bathroom with jacuzzi, fantastic location with incredible ocean views. The Presidential suite can also be joined to a junior suite.

Dining
Across the combined Secrets and Dreams Vallarta Bay complex, dining covers around 13 restaurants and four bars. Highlights at Secrets include Bordeaux for à la carte French with a wine cellar, Himitsu for Pan-Asian with sushi and teppanyaki, and Gohan sushi bar. The neighboring Dreams adds Capers Italian with a five-course sommelier menu, Castaways for Mediterranean seafood, Carnival for the international buffet, and the 24-hour Coco Café for late-night bites.
Wellness
The Secrets Spa covers 14,000 sqft, with a hydrotherapy circuit, whirlpool baths, a Swiss shower, sauna, and steam cabins running through the wet areas. Treatments use Pevonia products and run across massage, facial, and body therapy categories, with seaweed and hydrotherapy among the signature options. A beauty parlor, relaxation lounge, and refreshment bar with fresh fruit and natural infusions complete the offering.
Location
The resort is on the southern stretch of Banderas Bay on Mexico’s Pacific coast, on the city side of Puerto Vallarta. Puerto Vallarta International Airport is around 15 minutes by car, with the Zona Romántica, the city’s main LGBTQ+ neighbourhood and beach club hub, about 10 minutes south. The Malecón boardwalk, downtown art galleries, and the Río Cuale are all within an easy drive.
