Sophie at EDITION is the hotel’s signature restaurant, serving modern brasserie-style dishes with an emphasis on seasonal Japanese produce. It’s open throughout the day, making it an easy option for breakfast before exploring Ginza or dinner when you don’t feel like venturing far.
Upstairs, Punch Room Tokyo is the hotel’s intimate cocktail bar, inspired by 19th-century private clubs and centered around creative punches designed for sharing. It’s moody, stylish and ideal for a date or pre-dinner drinks.
When the weather cooperates, head up to The Roof, the hotel’s rooftop bar. With greenery, open-air seating and views across Ginza, it feels like a little escape above one of Tokyo’s busiest districts. It’s particularly good around sunset, when the city starts lighting up below.
