Accommodation
Rooms
The 21 rooms and suites combine contemporary furnishings with works of art dating to the 16th century, hardwood oak floors and marble bathrooms throughout, with Acqua di Parma amenities in every room.
The outlook is the defining factor at Palazzo Manfredi, and the accommodation is structured accordingly. Rooms are offered across three categories.
The Master, which looks onto the courtyard, the Executive, which introduces lateral Colosseum views, and the Prestige, which brings the ruins into closer focus. All include breakfast at AROMA restaurant.
Suites
The suite collection brings the ruins into direct view. The Colosseo Suite looks out over the Colosseum, while the Ludus Magnus Suite faces the gladiator school ruins through floor-to-ceiling windows. The Family Suite is arranged across two floors with an open-plan living area, a jacuzzi and Colosseum views throughout.
Grand View Suites
Located directly next door to the main hotel, the four Grand View Suites offer the most complete Colosseum views in the property, set within rationalist architecture and minimalist interiors.
The Grand View Penthouse Suite sits at the top of the collection with a balcony overlooking the Colosseum, two King bedrooms each with a private bathroom, a spiral staircase connecting the two floors and views from every window. All Grand View Suites include the same suite amenities alongside a complimentary minibar.

Food & Drinks
AROMA
The hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant, set on the rooftop terrace with the Colosseum directly below. Led by Chef Giuseppe Di Iorio, the menu reinterprets Italian cuisine through a contemporary lens, drawing on seasonal ingredients from the surrounding region. Breakfast is served here each morning, while dinner is served as the Colosseum is illuminated below.
The Court
The hotel’s cocktail bar, led by barman Matteo Zed and recognised by the World’s 50 Best Discovery programme. Positioned with Colosseum views and a serious approach to mixology, it is the natural setting for an aperitivo before dinner.
