Days 1-5: Mardi Gras in Sydney
Staying at the elegant Pier One hotel, your Mardi Gras adventure will begin in Sydney with five days of exploration and celebration.
With a booming culinary scene, countless iconic landmarks, and some of the country’s best beaches, you certainly won’t be bored.
Days 6-8: Hunter Valley
After being introduced to the cosmopolitan bustle of Sydney, you’ll be venturing off the beaten track to the Hunter Valley – Australia’s oldest wine region.
Here, you’ll be staying at Chateau Elan; a five-star vineyard hotel where you’ll spend your days immersed in wine production, and tasting, whilst enjoying a noticeably slower pace of life. The valley is known for its Shiraz, so make sure to pick up a few bottles of your favourites before leaving.
Days 9-12: Sydney
