Accommodation
Garden Villa
The entry-level villa at 101 sq m, set within tropical greenery at the southern end of the island. Private veranda, garden hammock, large bathtub, and outdoor shower. The only villa category without a private pool, and well suited to guests prioritising seclusion over water access.
Beach Villa
Beachfront villas on the white sand with a private freshwater plunge pool, wooden deck, and dedicated butler service. Direct access to the beach in under 30 steps, with contemporary Maldivian interiors and a furnished terrace throughout.
Ocean Villa
Overwater villas above the lagoon with ocean hammocks, a private plunge pool, and views across the open horizon. Carefully positioned on the resort’s uniquely shaped jetty to maximize sightlines and minimize villa-to-villa visibility.
Sunset Ocean Suite
A larger overwater suite facing west for sunset views, with a master bedroom, living room with glass floor panel, additional bathroom, pantry area, and a large sundeck with direct lagoon access and Jacuzzi plunge pool.

Dining
Eight venues span overwater European dining at Ocean Breeze, Teppanyaki at Mizu, pan-Asian cooking at Kai, poolside barefoot dining at Zero Degree, and a themed international buffet at Magu. Sea Salt is a beach barbecue running every Tuesday and Friday under the stars. Ottoman Lounge serves traditional Turkish coffee and tea, and Ile de Joie is an overwater wine and cheese bar 100 meters above the lagoon.
Wellness
AySpa spans 3,500 sq m with eight private treatment villas, each with a steam shower, outdoor sunken bath, and waterfall shower. The facility holds the Maldives’ first Vichy shower room and a private Turkish Hammam. A relaxation area with heated and cold plunge pools, steam rooms, and separate male and female saunas completes the offering.
Activities
Remote Gaafu Dhaalu Atoll diving, a full watersports centre, surf programme, fishing trips, and excursions to inhabited local islands cover the water-based offering. On the island, a Secret Garden, exotic animal encounters, and the Zuzuu Kids Club give Ayada a character that goes beyond the standard Maldivian resort activity programme.
