Despite having problematic laws concerning LGBTQ+ rights, the Maldives is one of Out Of Office’s most popular destinations. Due to the geography of the Maldives, each island is essentially run by the resort that occupies it. We work with an incredible selection of resorts, many of which have LGBTQ+ management, that are welcoming to the LGBTQ+ community.

The Beach Houses have the same floor plan as the Ocean Houses but instead of stepping into the ocean you will be right on the beach. With the island privacy, it can often feel like you are walking on your very own private island.

A fusion of exotic flavors is to be found at Ocaso. The grill reaches from Latin America to North Asia with a focus on Japanese, Mexican and Peruvian dishes. The Wine Cellar offers more than 200 labels of the world’s finest wines.
Naiboli
In the day enjoy relaxing by the large pool. Each night, as the sun goes down enjoy complimentary cocktails while watching the beautiful sunset as live music plays.

Thyme
The beachfront all-day dining restaurant is the perfect start to the day. With beautiful a la carte breakfasts, you’ll also find gourmet flavours throughout the day as the resort crafts a dining experience precisely to your preferences.
Private Seaplane
The Nautilus has its own private seaplane. Unlike other islands that tend to share with other resorts, if you book a stay at the Nautilus you’ll be whisked straight from your international flight to the private seaplane for the 45-minute flight to the island.
