Six Senses Laamu
Located in the Laamu Atoll, Six Senses is an eco-friendly luxury resort. Only a short plane ride away from Male international airport which we will arrange for you, this beautiful resort is everything you could ever wish for. Stay on land in the resort, or stay in one of the luxury overwater villas, and have the ocean right on your doorstep. The spa offers a wide range of treatments, as well as daily yoga sessions.
Take a trip to the dive centre to explore the local reefs. You can stroll along the white sands of the beach. Your personal butler will be able to arrange any experiences you’d like to try and fix all your restaurant reservations.
Gili Lankanfushi
A rustic yet luxurious paradise, Gili Lankanfushi was voted the best hotel in the world in TripAdvisor’s 2015 Travellers’ Choice Awards. It’s just a 20-minute seaplane ride from Male airport. In terms of style, it’s difficult to beat Gili Lankanfushi.
In keeping with the paradise isle theme, there are Robinson Crusoe motifs throughout. You’ll even have a copy of the novel in your villa. The hotel’s tagline is ‘No news, no shoes’, so this is a real barefoot luxury experience. Excellent snorkelling can be found in the resort’s lagoon and you can learn from the resident marine biologist. Gili Lankanfushi’s main restaurant is found on the sand whilst you’ll find the overwater Meera Spa has massage tables which offer views through a glass floor to the crystal blue waters below.
