Four venues each take their name and concept from a natural element. SEA is the standout: an underwater restaurant serving an a la carte menu with caviar alongside uninterrupted views of the marine life outside. SKY is the overwater observatory and dining venue, open for celestial dinners and sunset cocktails above the lagoon. FIRE is the beachside grill with open-flame cooking of fresh seafood and prime cuts. PLATES handles all-day international dining for breakfast through dinner with lagoon views throughout.

The overwater Anantara Spa delivers treatments with marine life visible beneath the glass-panel treatment beds, combining traditional Asian techniques with contemporary wellness therapies. The Baa Atoll UNESCO Biosphere Reserve location places Anantara Kihavah within minutes of Hanifaru Bay, where seasonal manta ray and whale shark aggregations draw divers from across the Maldives.
