A 36-storey landmark at the highest point in The Rocks, where Sydney’s largest harbour-facing windows frame the Opera House and the Bridge in one shot.

The hotel sits on Cumberland Street, with 565 rooms and suites across 36 levels above the surrounding skyline. The windows are the calling card here, the largest of any hotel facing Sydney Harbour, designed to make those Opera House and Harbour Bridge views the headline.

Dining and drinking lean into the elevation. Altitude on Level 36 is the signature restaurant, with Blu Bar on the same floor working the panorama after dark. Café Mix and Shangri-La’s signature High Tea handle the ground level.

Chi, The Spa and a Health Club cover wellness, and the suite lineup tops out at the Presidential and Royal Suites.
