SO/ Bangkok sits directly across from Lumpini Park in the Silom district, three minutes’ walk from Lumphini MRT station and within easy reach of Bangkok’s business district, shopping centers, and nightlife areas.
The hotel was designed around the five Chinese elements, with contributions from celebrated Thai designers Smith Obayawat and Pongthep Sagulku and Parisian couturier Christian Lacroix. Each of the 237 rooms and suites is grouped by element, water, fire, air, metal, and wood, each with a different layout and design language.
The hotel holds a rooftop infinity pool overlooking Lumpini Park, a rooftop bar, two restaurants, multiple bars, and SO/ Spa, which offers massages, body treatments, and facials. The SO Pool Party, held on the last Saturday of each month, is one of the most established hotel events in Bangkok, open to both guests and the public.

Rooms
SO Cozy rooms cover 40 square meters with city skyline views, available in king or twin configurations. SO Comfy rooms step up to 45 square meters with park or city views, also available in king or twin.
SO Club rooms cover 38 to 41 square meters with Lumpini Park views and include access to Club Signature, the hotel’s executive lounge on the 25th floor, with private check-in, evening cocktails, and a dedicated concierge.
Suites
The SO Suite covers 73 square meters with a separate living area, a king bed, panoramic park or city views, a dressing room, a round bathtub, and a freestanding shower. The SO One-Bedroom Suite covers 67 square meters with Lumpini Park or city views and a separate living area.
The SO Lofty is the largest standard suite at 95 to 120 square meters, designed by Christian Lacroix, with panoramic views, a separate living and dining area. All suite categories include Club Signature access as standard.
SO VIP Duplex Suite
The SO VIP Duplex Suite covers 233 square meters across two levels, with two king-size bedrooms, an in-room jacuzzi, a living area, a private dining area, and a butler’s pantry. Panoramic views take in both Lumpini Park and the Bangkok skyline. Club Signature access is included as standard.

Red Oven
An all-day dining restaurant with live cooking stations and a buffet covering Thai, Japanese, Italian, Indian, and Mexican dishes, with a terrace overlooking the park.
Iris and Wild Iris
Iris is a rooftop restaurant and bar with panoramic views over Lumpini Park. Wild Iris operates as the indoor counterpart with a cocktail list and light dining throughout the evening.
SoShi
A Japanese restaurant on the seventh floor serving sushi, sashimi, and contemporary Japanese dishes.
Hi-So Rooftop Bar
A rooftop bar above the hotel with views over Lumpini Park and the Bangkok skyline, serving cocktails and light bites throughout the evening.
The Water Club
A poolside bar serving cocktails and light snacks alongside the rooftop infinity pool.
Spa & Wellness
SO/ Spa offers a full menu of massages, body wraps, aromatherapy treatments, and facials, with a sauna and spa tub also available. SO/ Fit is the hotel’s gym, with cardio and weight equipment available to all guests.
The rooftop infinity pool overlooks Lumpini Park and is open throughout the day, with sun loungers and poolside service from The Water Club.
