Chef Matthias Beer is credited with serving up some of the finest food in Australia at Longitude 131. All of the food is sourced locally. Surrounded by panoramic views of Uluru, you’ll dine on dishes like Australian king prawns and kangaroo filet. Service in 24/7.
Further Information
The hotel offers free group tours. You can opt for the sunset walk or hike Kata Tjuta. For an extra charge, you can go for a tailor-made trip at an extra cost. These include camel, bike and helicopter tours. The hotel has an excellent pool and a spa.
