Day 1: Dubrovnik

When you arrive at the airport your driver will meet you and transfer you to your hotel. Once you’ve settled in you’ll be able to explore the city at your own pace.

Day 1: Dubrovnik

Day 2: Dubrovnik

Today you’ll be joining a guided food and wine tour of the Croatian countryside. You’ll meet your guide in Dubrovnik and head out on into the country on a coach. Driving through the PeljeÅ¡ac wine region, you’ll see vineyards and beautiful landscapes.

At the 14th-century town of Ston, you’ll see its great stone wall and discover the town’s history of oyster and mussel cultivation: a practice that has occurred here since Roman Times. You’ll visit an oyster farm where you’ll be able to fish live oysters from the sea. If you wish to follow in the footsteps of Grace Jones, you’ll do your own oyster chucking!

You’ll be taken to a family-run winery, then you’ll journey to the Dingac vineyards where you’ll taste the wines and eat classic Croatian food. Later, you’ll be driven back to Dubrovnik.

Day 2: Dubrovnik

Day 3: Dubrovnik

This morning you’ll be joining a small food and wine tour and discovering Dubrovnik’s culinary riches. Your guide will show you some of the cities’ hidden gems. You’ll explore the old town and embark on a series of food and wine-tasting adventures in five different locations.

This is a great way to explore the city. You certainly won’t be hungry by the time the tour ends.

Day 3: Dubrovnik

Day 4: Korcula

Take a morning catamaran ride to the island of Korcula. You’ll have the day and evening at leisure. You may wish to visit the rumored birthplace of the great Medieval explorer, Marco Polo.

Check into your hotel and enjoy the surrounding views of the Adriatic.

Today you’ll join a food and wine tasting tour. With a small group of travellers, you’ll be guided around various wineries and you’ll be sampling delicious Croatian foods. The herb liqueur is very moreish but be careful, it’s strong.

This is a great way to explore Korcula, one of Croatia’s most beautiful islands.

 

 

Day 5: Korcula

Day 6: Split

Today you’ll be getting back on the catamaran and sailing onwards to Split.

When you arrive you’ll have the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 6: Split

Day 7: Split

Join an intimate food and wine tour exploring the Dalmatian Coast, Diocletian’s Palace and Split’s old town. You’ll be sampling wine and light snacks along the way, building up a hearty appetite.

Lunch will be served at a traditional Croatian tavern. Evening at leisure.

Day 7: Split

Day 8: Split

On your last full day, you’ll be indulging in a wine tasting session at Diocletinas Wine House.

Or, head to Zinfandel Food And Wines in the city centre and make the most of their tapas selection and extensive wine collection.

Day 8: Split

Day 9: Departure

Today you’ll your driver will pick you up and take you to the airport for your return flight.
