About Tahiti

One of the most sought-after island chains to visit, The Islands of Tahiti are known for their stunning beauty and Bora Bora is perhaps the most famous of all of them.

Here, around these islands flung across the vast South Pacific, white coral sand beaches give way to lush green interiors of rainforest and tropical gardens, while a vibrant underwater world surrounds the coral reefs and shallow lagoons.

Tahiti covers over two million square miles of the South Pacific Ocean and is comprised of 118 islands spread over five great archipelagos:

About Tahiti

Mo'orea

Mo’orea, often referred to as the “Magical Island,” is a hidden gem within The Islands of Tahiti, offering a unique blend of natural beauty and Polynesian culture. What sets Mo’orea apart is its dramatic landscapes, characterised by the iconic twin bays of Cook’s Bay and Opunohu Bay, surrounded by lush, jagged peaks that seem to rise straight from the sea. The island’s striking geological formations, such as the Belvedere Lookout, provide unrivaled vistas that photographers and nature enthusiasts will find irresistibly captivating.

Beyond its breathtaking scenery, Mo’orea also offers thrilling adventures, from shark and ray feeding excursions in the crystalline waters of the lagoon to hiking and 4×4 tours through its rugged interior. The island’s vibrant local culture is another highlight, with opportunities to experience traditional Tahitian dance and music, and savor delicious local cuisine, including the famous Poisson Cru, a mouthwatering dish featuring fresh raw fish marinated in coconut milk.

Bora Bora

Bora Bora, often dubbed the “Pearl of the Pacific,” is the epitome of tropical paradise and a bucket-list destination for travellers worldwide. This iconic island is celebrated for its unparalleled beauty, characterised by its world-famous aqua-blue lagoon, pristine white-sand beaches, and the dramatic silhouette of Mount Otemanu, an extinct volcano that stands as a majestic sentinel in the centre of the island.

What sets Bora Bora apart are its overwater bungalows, which have become synonymous with luxury and romance. Staying in one of these idyllic, thatched-roof villas allows you to have the South Pacific Ocean as your private backyard, where you can immerse yourself in the crystal-clear waters and vibrant marine life at any time.

Bora Bora also offers an array of exhilarating activities, from snorkeling and diving amidst coral gardens to exploring the lush interior on off-road adventures. Sunset cruises, romantic dinners on the beach, and cultural encounters with the friendly Tahitian locals are just a few of the experiences that make Bora Bora a dream destination.
