Discover the art islands of the Seto Inland Sea, wander Takamatsu’s traditional gardens, and see Naoshima’s world-class contemporary art installations.

In Tokushima, encounter the unique traditions of Bunraku puppet theatre, then head deep into the Iya Valley to experience remote mountain scenery, vine bridges, and secluded hot springs. The journey concludes in Okayama, with a visit to Korakuen, one of Japan’s three great gardens, before arriving in Tokyo.
