Despite no laws enshrining same-sex marriage having been passed in Peru, legal protections against discrimination mean that LGBTQ+ travellers in Peru can enjoy the country without fear of persecution or challenge. Especially in larger cities, there are big gay scenes to be enjoyed.
All 11 suites are very stylish. They are decked out in classic Spanish-colonial style with Andean touches. The marble bathrooms are to die for. You’ll also have a separate dining area for two. This hotel is full of character and history – the rooms more than live up to the romantic ideal.
You can order drinks in the courtyard. For dinner, you can dine on your balcony or book a table in the dining rooms. It’s more like staying in an aristocratic home than a hotel. The menu features classic local dishes from locally sourced ingredients.
