From the US

The most common routes run from Los Angeles or San Francisco to Auckland, with several airlines offering direct service. Flight time is roughly 12 to 13 hours.

East Coast travellers typically connect through LA or San Francisco, adding two to three hours to the total journey. Some routes also connect through Sydney or Brisbane, which can work well for travellers combining New Zealand with Australia.

From the UK and Europe

There is no direct service from Europe to New Zealand.
