This is the most luxurious way to experience Greece, combining Athens, the Athens Riviera, Mykonos, and Santorini with some of the country’s best hotels, private guides, yacht transfers, and seamless logistics.
You’ll stay at Hotel Grande Bretagne in Athens, Four Seasons Astir Palace on the Riviera, Bill & Coo in Mykonos and Canaves Oia in Santorini.

These are not simply good bases, they are a major part of the trip, with exceptional service, standout locations and the level of privacy and comfort that makes a complex multi-stop journey feel easy.
The itinerary balances Greece’s big sights with the best of its coastal lifestyle.
Explore the Acropolis privately, move between destinations by yacht where possible, spend time at beach clubs and excellent restaurants, and see Santorini from the sea rather than only from the cliffside.
Private drivers and guides are arranged throughout, with helicopter transfers available where they improve the journey.
If you want to see the classic highlights of Greece without compromising on hotels, service or how you move between them, this is the way to do it.

Day by day
This is a sample plan, not a fixed departure. Days can be added, removed or reordered, and almost every client changes something. Prices are an entry-level guide; your quote will be exact.
Days 1-4: Athens
Begin with three nights at Hotel Grande Bretagne, one of Athens’ landmark hotels and exceptionally well placed for exploring the city.
A private guide will take you through the Acropolis and its surrounding monuments, giving you the context that makes the site far more interesting than simply walking around it alone. Continue to the Acropolis Museum, where many of the finds from the site are displayed.
There is plenty of time to see modern Athens too. The city has become one of Europe’s most interesting food destinations, with excellent restaurants, wine bars and rooftop terraces alongside its ancient sites.
Back at the hotel, the spa is one of its strongest features and a very good place to spend a quieter afternoon between days of sightseeing.
Days 4-7: Athens Riviera
From Athens, travel by private car to the Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel, around 30 minutes from the city center and set on its own peninsula on the Athens Riviera.
This is one of the most polished resort experiences in Greece, and a natural place to slow the pace after a few days of sightseeing in Athens. Suites and bungalows come with generous outdoor space, private pools and wide views across the Aegean, while the resort itself has several beaches, excellent restaurants and a sense of privacy.
Nearby Vouliagmeni is worth exploring for its waterfront restaurants, boutiques and famous thermal lake, while the wider Riviera gives you a very different side of Athens, more about sea, swimming and long lunches than museums and monuments.
If you want to make the transfer an experience in itself, a private helicopter can also be arranged.
Days 7-10: Mykonos
Continue to Mykonos for three nights at Bill & Coo, one of the island’s standout luxury hotels, with a strong emphasis on privacy, service and exceptional sea views.
Mykonos is one of the most established gay destinations in Europe, but what really sets it apart is how naturally that scene sits alongside luxury travel. This is an island built for high-end visitors. Private yachts fill the harbors, private jets arrive throughout the summer, and the best hotels, beach clubs and restaurants are used to guests expecting a very high level of service.
That makes Mykonos unusually versatile. You can spend the day at a beach club, charter a boat to explore the coast, return to your hotel for a quiet afternoon by the pool, then head into Mykonos Town for dinner and one of the best gay nightlife scenes in the Mediterranean.
A private sunset cruise is a great introduction to the island, particularly on your first evening.
You’ll also have time to explore independently, or we can arrange a private LGBTQ+ guide to introduce you to the island’s gay scene, best bars and beaches, and the places worth knowing beyond the obvious names.
Days 10-13: Santorini
Travel by private speedboat to Santorini for the final three nights of the trip, staying at Canaves Oia Suites, one of the island’s best-known luxury hotels.
Santorini is a very different proposition from Mykonos. The pace is slower, the atmosphere more romantic, and the focus is firmly on the caldera, the views and some of the most striking hotel settings in Greece. At Canaves Oia, suites are built into the cliffside, many with private pools and terraces overlooking the Aegean.
There is plenty here beyond the scenery. We can arrange a private visit to Akrotiri with an expert guide, giving real context to one of the most important archaeological sites in the Cyclades. The ancient settlement was preserved beneath volcanic ash, offering an unusually detailed glimpse into life on the island thousands of years ago.
You can also spend time on the water, visit local wineries, or simply leave a day free to enjoy the hotel and Oia at a slower pace.
For your final evening, we can arrange dinner at Nobu, giving the trip a suitably polished finish before you leave Greece.
Our Experts
Greece is one of our clients' most popular destinations. The combination of history in Athens and beach life in the islands is a brilliant combination.
Island hopping in Greece is one of my favorite travel experiences. The cobbled streets of Mykonos and the bright blue domes of Santorini are picture perfect.
Stellar service. Stellar products. Stellar people and it gets so much better when you pick up the phone and call.

LGBTQ+ Legacy of Ancient Greece Tour: Athens, Delphi, Nafplio
Tailor-made HolidayAncient Greece told these stories openly, in poetry, philosophy, and public life, long before the modern language for them existed.
