Perched above Lafayette Beach in Matavai Bay, the Hiti Mahana Restaurant, meaning ‘The Rising Sun’, offers exquisite al fresco dining from breakfast through dinner. Under the guidance of our Executive Chef, the menu showcases a fusion of local Tahitian flavors, Southeast Asian dishes, and Mediterranean influences.
On Thursday evenings, the vibrant atmosphere is enhanced by traditional Marquesan dance performances by the group Kaputu Nui, adding a cultural touch to the dining experience.
