The Landings sits on Pigeon Island Causeway Beach on the northern tip of St Lucia, overlooking Rodney Bay. Opened in 2007 as the island’s first private residential yacht community, it operates as an all-suite resort with 72 residences, a private marina, three swimming pools and direct access to one of the most celebrated beaches on the island.
The scale and configuration of the property sets it apart from most resorts in St Lucia. Spacious one, two and three-bedroom suites with fully fitted kitchens, living areas and private balconies or terraces give the property the feel of a private residence rather than a hotel, suited equally to families and couples. Butler service is available for stays of four nights or more.
The dining program draws on the fresh catch of the Caribbean and produce from the hills of St Lucia, with multiple restaurants, bars and private dining options across the resort.

Siting directly on the sand with direct access to the Caribbean Sea, available in one, two and three-bedroom configurations ranging from 1,880 to 2,670 square feet and sleeping up to six guests. Both the two and three-bedroom categories are available with or without a private plunge pool.
Ocean View Suites
Look out over the Caribbean Sea from their balconies and terraces, available in one, two and three-bedroom configurations, several of which include private plunge pools.
Marina View Suites
Overlook the resort’s private yacht marina, with views extending to the ocean beyond. The one-bedroom configuration sits at 1,872 square feet, with two and three-bedroom options also available.
