The property offers 58 bungalows set across three settings: within the coconut grove, along the beach, and overwater above the lagoon.
Rangiroa is one of French Polynesia’s premier diving destinations, with the passes drawing sharks, dolphins, rays, turtles, and reef fish in significant numbers. Hotel Kia Ora sits at the access point for all of it, with an on-site dive operation and a range of lagoon excursions built into the resort’s activity program.
The interiors draw on traditional Polynesian craftsmanship throughout, and the overwater Miki Miki Bar serves as the resort’s signature sunset spot, overlooking the lagoon from above the water.

Overwater Bungalow
Embrace the serenity of the 800 ft² overwater bungalows, poised above one of Polynesia’s most spectacular lagoons. Each bungalow features a bedroom, a bathroom with a distinct shower and bathtub, and a living area with a glass-bottom floor, perfect for marine life observation.
Step directly from your lower deck into the warm, turquoise waters of Rangiroa. Whether lounging or resting, the breathtaking views and gentle breezes from the lagoon ensure a stay marked by tranquility and awe.
Beach Bungalow
The 657 ft² beach bungalows are beautifully situated on the beach, nestled among coconut trees, and decorated in a traditional Polynesian style. Constructed from natural materials, these private bungalows are adorned with local craftsmanship, featuring mother-of-pearl shells and coral.
Each bungalow boasts a private outdoor jacuzzi and a terrace that offers expansive views of the lagoon. Guests can also unwind in hammocks on the beach, enjoying the tranquility of the Pacific Ocean.
Beach Deluxe Bungalow
These spacious 923 ft² bungalows are a highlight of the resort, based just steps away from the lagoon. They feature a bedroom offering lagoon views, an outdoor bathtub, and a large terrace facing the lagoon, complete with a pool for the ultimate relaxation.
Villa with Pool
This luxurious 1981 ft² villa features a large swimming pool enclosed by white coral walls, offering guests both modern amenities and local craftsmanship. The spacious living area includes a bedroom, a living room, and a bathroom with a shower.
The decor provides a cozy and elegant atmosphere. Outside, the private garden boasts a swimming pool, an outdoor bath and shower, a terrace, and a covered terrace known as a “Faré Poté,” creating a truly authentic French Polynesian escape. Guests can sunbathe or relax in the outdoor bathtub under the stars.

Te Rairoa Restaurant is the resort’s main dining venue, serving French-Polynesian cuisine that combines classical French technique with traditional island ingredients and local flavors. The overwater Miki Miki Bar overlooks the lagoon directly and serves cocktails and lighter meals, and operates as the resort’s natural sunset gathering point.
Wellness
Poekura Spa sits within the coconut grove at the heart of the resort, offering treatments in a secluded garden setting away from the lagoon-facing public areas. The Aito Fitness Center covers standard equipment for guests looking to maintain a fitness routine during their stay.
