Junior Villa
Perfect for families seeking peace, our two junior villas are situated at the tranquil end of the lagoon. Each villa includes a central living area with a lounge and a large table, two bedrooms (one with a king bed, the other with two queen beds) each with an en-suite bathroom, shower, and private outdoor terrace.
Guests can enjoy direct access to a private infinity pool and stunning lagoon views. The villas also feature air conditioning, Wi-Fi, dedicated bicycles, and an electric golf cart.
Master Villa
Situated at the island’s heart, this spacious master villa provides breathtaking panoramic views of the lagoon and sunset. It features a cinema room, a vast terrace, and a private Jacuzzi, offering an unmatched exclusive experience. The villa includes a master bedroom with a super-king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, an outdoor bathtub, and a dressing room.

The activity program at Nukutepipi covers land and water in equal measure. On the water: snorkeling, wakeboarding, wakesurfing, kayaking, paddleboarding, windsurfing, sailing, Polynesian canoeing, coral garden tours, deep-sea and reef fishing, scuba diving, and whale watching from July to November. On land: yoga, tennis, badminton, beach volleyball, archery, mini golf, bird watching, outdoor cinema, Polynesian weaving, and pareo dyeing. A professional music studio with state-of-the-art equipment is available on demand and has been used by internationally recognized artists during their stays.

A full spa is available on the island alongside yoga sessions, with the natural environment providing the wider wellness setting. The combination of primary forest trails, a natural bird sanctuary, white-sand beaches, and the atoll’s complete seclusion gives the property a low-key wellness dimension that extends well beyond the spa itself.
