Accommodation
Garden and Tropical
Cheval Blanc’s garden and tropical accommodations trade sea views for something more seductive: total seclusion. Exotic foliage, dappled light and hushed terraces create a hideaway atmosphere that’s hard to leave. Options range from the intimate Tropical Room and Garden Bungalow up to two-bedroom suites with private pools for groups and families. All are decorated by Jacques Grange in the Maison’s signature Tropical Chic style.
Ocean Rooms
For uninterrupted views of Flamands Bay from the moment you wake up, the ocean-facing accommodations are where to be. The Ocean Room and Ocean Junior Suite offer beautiful entry points, while the Ocean Suite and secluded Hillside Bungalow — both with private pools — take things up a level. Two-bedroom configurations are available for groups of four seeking that same sea-facing sense of space.
Beach Suites
As close to Flamands Beach as it gets, these are Cheval Blanc Saint-Barth’s most coveted addresses. The Beach Suite and 2-Bedroom Beach Suite both feature private pools steps from the sand, while the 2-Bedroom Beach House adds a private hot tub and a gloriously unhurried atmosphere. At the top of the collection, Villa de France is a five-bedroom private residence with its own pool, spa, kitchen and dedicated Majordome team.

Wining and Dining
Dining at Cheval Blanc Saint-Barth is one of the better reasons to stay put for the day. La Cabane is the beach lunch spot done properly, with Chef Jean Imbert’s menu running from a very good Caesar salad to the signature Flamands burger, and a Tiki Bar that gives people an excuse to stay on the sand until the sun goes down.
Evenings shift to La Case, where Imbert’s cooking gets more serious without losing the island looseness that makes it feel right for Saint-Barth. The menu leans heavily into local produce, sustainably caught fish and Caribbean spice, all of it in a Jacques Grange room with front-row views of Flamands Bay.
The White Bar handles everything in between, poolside cocktails and light dishes with the kind of panoramic view that makes one drink turn into three. For guests who’d rather not move at all, Carte Blanche brings a full dinner service to your terrace or garden. It works surprisingly well.
