Dining
Pure Restaurant sits at the lagoon’s edge serving breakfast and dinner in an open-air setting above the water. K Restaurant and Vue Bar handle the resort’s evening dining and cocktail offering, and the Pure Beach Bar provides a casual daytime option poolside. A private beach breakfast on the sand is available as a standalone experience for guests wanting a more secluded start to the day.
Wellness
Le Jardin Spa underwent a full renovation as part of the resort’s recent refurbishment, and now anchors a wellness program that includes Polynesian massages, a Jacuzzi, and a full day of wellbeing packages combining treatments with smoothies and in-room amenities. The spa sits within the resort’s tropical garden setting and is open to both hotel guests and day visitors.
Location
Moorea is a 30-minute ferry crossing from Papeete, and Sofitel Kia Ora sits minutes from the island’s ferry terminal on Temae Beach at the northeastern tip of the island. The beach faces directly toward Tahiti across the Sea of the Moon, and the marine reserve running along the reef in front of the resort has produced some of the densest coral and fish populations in the region. Mount Rotui and the island’s twin bays are accessible by road within 20 minutes.
