Deluxe Room
Spread across the Palladio, Villa Frollo, and Conventino buildings, the Deluxe Rooms offer a choice of romantic or contemporary atmospheres with views over the tranquil gardens, Venetian rooftops, or courtyard architecture. Most bathrooms include both a bathtub and separate walk-in shower. Some rooms can be connected, and all include breakfast, minibar, laundry, spa access, and complimentary pool drinks.
Junior Suite
Scattered across all three historic buildings, each Junior Suite is individually designed and no two are alike. Most look out over the gardens of Villa Frollo or the Conventino in quiet seclusion. Configuration varies from suite to suite, with options including a sofa bed, living area, reading sofa, or private garden. Bathrooms feature a bathtub and walk-in shower throughout, with select rooms offering a hammam shower.
Signature Suite
Grand suites in the heart of the Palladio building, with the feel of a private apartment: living and dining areas, a kitchenette, full bathrooms with bathtub, Italian shower, hammam shower, double vanity, and dressing room. Views are either across to St. Mark’s from the terrace or over the lush Palladio gardens and lagoon. For guests who want to experience Venice entirely at their own pace.
Suite del Doge
The most spectacular accommodation at Airelles Palladio, named for its unobstructed view of St. Mark’s Basilica and the Doge’s Palace across the canal. Set in Villa Frollo, this four-bedroom suite spans 450 square metres of soaring ceilings, artistic wall frescoes, and carefully chosen antiques, with a living area and kitchen. As complete an expression of Venetian grandeur as any hotel in the city can offer.

Cédric Grolet, widely regarded as the world’s finest pastry chef, contributes an exclusive sweet offering. The Cicchetti Bar reinterprets the Venetian tradition of small bites, while Bar Palladio handles aperitivo and evening drinks.
Spa
The largest spa in Venice spans 1,700 square metres across three floors, with an indoor pool, serenity garden, yoga studio, hammam, Finnish saunas, and a Japanese Iyashi Dôme. Guerlain has created an exclusive collection of rituals for the property, inspired by Venetian imagination and craftsmanship, with treatments including Aqua Venizia, Terra Venizia, Gondola Sway, and Crystal Glow. The partnership with Rossano Ferretti adds a dedicated HairSpa offering his signature Metodo Cut, performed by Ferretti-certified hair artists trained at the Parma Scuola.
