This villa first started life as a watchtower defending the valley between Siena and Florence. It has since evolved into an eight-bedroom Chianti luxury villa, boasting modern comforts and amenities.
Here, you can begin your day with fresh produce from the estate hens and culinary gardens, then bask in the Tuscan sun by the heated infinity pool. Indulge in the private onsite spa, featuring massage facilities, a whirlpool, a sauna, and a sensory shower. Conclude your day with a gourmet evening meal crafted with estate products, expertly prepared by a professional chef, and complemented by some of Tuscany’s finest hand-picked wines from our cellar.

The Stone Suite showcases a private terrace with scenic countryside views and an en suite bathroom equipped with a pietra serena stone sink, a spacious shower featuring a rain showerhead, and a delightful property view.
The Gold Suite boasts a private entrance, allowing easy access to a midnight swim under the Tuscan stars or a visit to the villa’s Roman spa. The en suite bathroom includes a double vanity and a spacious marble shower with a seat.
The Antiquities Suite showcases Renaissance and local Tuscan artworks, as well as a tranquil forest view. It includes a spacious closet and a marble en suite bathroom.
The Terrace View Suite offers convertible beds for children, a delightful view of the villa’s central terrace, and a convenient en suite bathroom.
The Tuscan View Suite showcases an antique armoire and breathtaking views of the rolling vineyards of the Tuscan countryside.
The Fireplace Suite boasts a cozy fireplace, spacious shower, and a double pietra serena stone sink vanity with a generous walk-in closet.

Enhanced with a serene waterfall, a rock fountain, a hydro-massage feature, and ample lounge seating, it offers an unparalleled and idyllic retreat. The expansive stone pool deck is ideal for entertaining, featuring a generous gazebo housing a large marble-topped illuminated bar, complete with a sink, refrigerator, ice maker, and dishwasher. You can also illuminate the pool and bar with spa lighting, for a stylish evening by the poolside.
Curated Wine Cellar & Bar
No Tuscan retreat is complete without a remarkable wine cellar. Handpick a bottle from the 500-bottle wine cellar at this villa, showcasing Italy’s finest wines, or concoct a cocktail at the antique Parisian bar – a charming spot to relax post-exploration. Alongside the curated wine cellar and well-stocked bar, you can enjoy filtered flat or sparkling water from the bar taps.
