The day begins with a Materan breakfast built around the region’s celebrated bread, served both sweet and savoury. From aperitivo to dinner, every offering draws on the richness of the local larder, in a setting as memorable as the food.
Spa and Wellness
Set within the palazzo’s ancient cisterns and stone-carved caves on the lowest floor, the spa at Palazzo Gattini is among the most atmospheric wellness spaces in southern Italy.
