The location is a deliberate choice: central enough to reach both Fira and Oia easily, but removed from the cruise traffic and sunset crowds that can define both villages in high season. Adults only for guests over 14.
Nine room and suite categories range from Classic Cave Rooms and Deluxe Rooms up through Caldera, Honeymoon, and Cycladic Suites, each with dedicated lounger and terrace seating above the volcano and Aegean below.
All rooms feature COCO-MAT four-layer natural bedding. Icons Restaurant handles fine dining with caldera views, while the Iconic Spa offers massage, sauna, and signature treatments. Room service runs 24 hours.

The Iconic Suite
The hotel’s most sought after residence has a large living area, a bedroom, a rain shower, indoor/outdoor plunge pools and a private terrace. The Iconic Suite really captures the glamour and sophistication of Santorini.
The Cliff Suite
Suspended over the volcanic cliffs, you’ll have an indoor grotto pool and panoramic views of the Santorini caldera and the volcano. There are two wraparound balconies, making this an especially good choice for a romantic Greek getaway.
The Cave Suite
The Cave Suite is the latest addition to Iconic Santorini. It’s set deep within the volcanic rock of the caldera. There’s a spacious lounge area with a love sofa, a terrace and a plunge pool overlooking the Aegean.

Located on the rim of the caldera, the Caldera Suites are one of the most popular choices of accommodation at Iconic Santorini. You’ll by surrounded by the iconic whites and blues of Santorini as you gaze out over the caldera.

Dining
Icons Restaurant takes Greek produce as its foundation and builds outward into what the kitchen calls World Fusion, pairing local flavors with global technique. The menu reads well: octopus carpaccio with citrus and olive oil, grouper tempura, sea bass kebabs with fresh herbs. Seasonal and vegetarian options feature throughout, and the wine list leans heavily into Santorini’s volcanic-soil viticulture. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served daily, with the last sitting at 22:00.
Spa
The Iconic Spa menu runs from accessible massage options through to more involved signature treatments. Swedish and deep tissue massages cover the essentials, while the Melting Sensation treatment uses heated candle wax oils and the Cocoon & Revitalize ritual offers a full-body detox experience. The standout is Santorini Springs, a signature treatment built around volcanic lava clay from the island, designed to detoxify and stimulate circulation. Calm & Sleep and Under the Sun round out the signature menu, the latter drawing on watermelon extracts and sea water to restore moisture.
