Perivolas sits on the cliffs on the outskirts of Oia, with an amphitheatrical layout that gives every suite and villa direct caldera views and access to some of the island’s most celebrated sunsets. Originally built as cave houses for local seamen, the accommodations have been transformed while retaining their vaulted ceilings, skylights, whitewashed walls, and beds set into alcoves.
Suites and villas all come with furnished caldera terraces, with select options adding private pools and hydrotherapy jets.
The on-site restaurant celebrates Greek culinary heritage, and a spa and fully equipped gym are available for guests who want more than the view. Private parking sits directly at the property, a practical advantage that few Oia hotels can match.

Accommodation
Perivolas Suite
Carved from the rocks, the studios and suites take the form of luxury caves. Rather than the classic blues and whites of Santorini, the colour scheme incorporates vivid pink and lilac. Be warned Netflix addicts, there are no TVs! But you won’t want to watch TV when you’re surrounded by so much natural beauty.
New Perivolas Suite
This suite boasts 120 sq. metres of space. It has a semi-private bedroom, a large living area and a king-size bed. There’s a private swimming pool with hydrotherapy massage and a private steam room in the bathroom. The terrace is surrounded by rocky formations and stunning views of Santorini.
Superior Suites
The Superior Suites offer the largest accommodation at Perivolas. The white walls are complimented by flashes of colour from the homemade rugs and cushions. The terrace has panoramic views of the Caldera and the Aegean.
Lifestyle Studio
A perfect place to experience Santorini. The Lifestyle Studio is carved into the landscape and designed with rich colours. The view from the terrace is hard to beat.

Dining
The Perivolas Restaurant sits within the hotel on the cliffside above the caldera, serving Greek cuisine built around locally sourced Santorinian ingredients and the island’s culinary traditions. The menu celebrates the flavors of the region without overcomplicating them, with the caldera views and the quality of the setting doing much of the work alongside the food. For special occasions, a private terrace dining experience is available under the stars, with a dedicated menu and a level of seclusion the main restaurant can’t replicate.
