The resort is one of the most marine-focused luxury properties in the Maldives, with manta ray snorkeling, a sea turtle rehabilitation program, and a resident marine biology team operating year round. A new protective sea wall around the lagoon enables safe swimming from all villas throughout the year.
Blu Beach Club anchors the dining and social scene with what the resort describes as more-than-Michelin-starred cooking above the water. AyurMa is the resident wellness center, combining Ayurvedic healing with a broader holistic program for both guests and environmental sustainability.
The Four-Bedroom Landaa Estate includes 80 meters of private beach, a 20-meter lap pool, a rooftop terrace, a library, and a full kitchen, making it one of the most complete villa offerings in the Maldives.

Dining
Six venues span Italian, Eastern Mediterranean, Asian, and seafood. Blu Beach Club is the all-day anchor with a Michelin-distinguished dinner menu by Chef Nino Di Costanzo, Neapolitan pizza, and sunset views. Al Barakat is the overwater Lebanese-inspired restaurant created with Beiruti chef Aline Kamakian. Cafe Landaa serves Asian cooking from a teppanyaki counter in a water garden. Fuego Grill handles beachside seafood and prime cuts, and Seabar is an overwater tapas deck above the reef.
Wellness
AyurMa is a multi-award-winning center built around Ayurveda, Yoga Therapy, Wellness, and Planetary Wellbeing. The resident team includes Ayurvedic physicians, naturopaths, and yoga therapists trained at S-VYASA, the world’s first yoga university. Personalized treatment protocols, condition-targeting yoga therapy, naturopathic consultations, and marine conservation experiences all sit within the program. Open daily from 10am to 9pm.
Activities
Baa Atoll’s UNESCO Biosphere Reserve status makes this one of the most biodiverse dive destinations in the Maldives, with manta ray encounters, a sea turtle rehabilitation program, and resident marine biologists on site. A full dive center handles beginner to advanced courses, and private excursions include sandbank picnics, sunset cruises, and guided snorkel tours led by the marine team.
