Despite having problematic laws concerning LGBTQ+ rights, the Maldives is one of Out Of Office’s most popular destinations. Due to the geography of the Maldives, each island is essentially run by the resort that occupies it. We work with an incredible selection of resorts, many of which have LGBTQ+ management, that are welcoming to the LGBTQ+ community.
Accommodation
These villas are surrounded by lush tropical foliage and have direct access to the beach. Enjoy a private sundeck with sunbeds and a large spacious bedroom with a king size bed.
The deluxe villas include a spacious shaded veranda, a beautifully decorated bedroom, and open-sided bathroom and direct access to the beach.
Stay in a water pool villas and have two swim options. Each villa has a private pool, and also has its own steps leading down to the sea.
Stay in a premium pool villa and have the best of both worlds. The premium pool villas are located right on the beach and also come with a private plunge pool and separate jacuzzi.
Stay in the main resort and surround yourself in gorgeous tropical foliage. Guests who stay in a residence room have a private swimming pool, garden and terrace area, a separate living room.

Lime opens at breakfast time where you can enjoy a wide selection of foods from the buffet. Come here for a light snack at lunchtime or an elegant evening meal.

Situated in the heart of the island, this beautiful bar serves a range of delicious cocktails. Come here for an evening drink and watch the sunset into the ocean.
