Accommodation
King Beach Room
King Beach Rooms are 44 sq. m./473 sq. ft. You’ll have direct beach access and a king bed. A stylish a spacious retreat with a private balcony and 42-ich LCD TV. You can also opt for a twin bed beach room or upgrade to a family beach room with connecting rooms.
King Sky Room
King Sky Rooms are located on the upper floor. All come with balconies overlooking the Indian Ocean. The rooms are spacious and include a twin sink, a rain-shower, and customisable bathroom amenities.
Beach Villas
Stay in a plush Beach Villa that feels more like a private home than a hotel room. It comes with a lounge, a private terrace, bespoke furnishings and direct beach access. The lightly accented colours are very stylish and very Maldivian. You can also upgrade to a two-bed beach villa if you need more space.
Overwater Villa
Experience the overwater bungalow fantasy in style. These bungalows are perched over the lagoon and feature contemporary rustic interiors, tailor-made furniture and spacious terraces. You can step straight into the Indian Ocean. Upgrade to a two-bed overwater villa for more space.

SAii Lagoon runs several restaurants and bars. Terra & Mar is the signature all-day venue, serving Mediterranean and global dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with weekend brunches and themed buffet nights. Miss Olive Oyl is the beachside grill, covering prime-aged cuts and Maldivian and global plates from day to night. Mr Tomyam is the poolside trattoria, blending Thai classics with Italian and local touches. Pool and swim-up bars handle drinks, with more dining across the marina.
Wellness
SAii Spa is the wellness center, built around a nature-led concept that draws on sand, sea, and locally sourced organic ingredients, with a focus on sustainable treatments. The spa is open daily, with massages, facials, and body therapies on the menu. The wider resort adds an outdoor pool and a fitness center, while the connected CROSSROADS marina brings further wellness and spa options within a short walk across the footbridge.
