At a glance
Seven Pines sits on the cliffs of Ibiza’s west coast between Cala Conta and Cala Codolar, taking its name from the pine forest that surrounds the resort on three sides.
The Mediterranean and the rocky island of Es Vedrà sit directly in front. It is part of the Destination by Hyatt collection and covers 56,000 square metres of clifftop terrain, with 185 suites and two four-bedroom Grand Villas spread across three distinct areas: The Laguna, Ibicenco Village and Cliff Suites.
The resort is styled as a whitewashed Ibizan village, with the architecture and natural materials of the surroundings running through every space. Three outdoor pools, three restaurants, three bars, a 1,500-square-metre spa and two Pershing yachts available for private charter make it one of the most complete resorts on the island.

Highlights
- Between the islands Cala Conta and Cala Codolar with unobstructed views of Es Vedra
- The Cone Club’s nightly Sunset Ritual, where guests and locals gather as the sun drops into the sea, followed by fine dining at The View with a 40-metre glass facade at the edge of the cliff.
- 1,500-square-metre Pure Seven Spa with yoga, pilates, meditation and treatments inspired by the Mediterranean landscape.

Food & Drink

The View
The resort’s signature fine dining restaurant, serving modern Asian cuisine in an elegant setting with a 40-metre glass facade at the edge of the cliff, open for both indoor and outdoor seating with sea views.
Cone Club
The more casual restaurant, serving Mediterranean cuisine with a tapas character. Breakfast is served here each morning. Each evening the Cone Club hosts the Sunset Ritual, a gathering of guests and locals that pauses as the sun drops into the sea, with resident DJs setting the tone for the evening.
Pershing Yacht Terrace
The resort’s third restaurant, serving sushi and Japanese-inspired dishes in an Izakaya style with sea views.
The Pershing Bar
The only bar in the world designed by the luxury yacht manufacturer Pershing, and serves cocktails and drinks throughout the day and evening.
Spa & Wellness

The Pure Seven Spa covers 1,500 square metres in the pine grove above the sea, with two saunas, a steam room and a full programme of treatments inspired by the Mediterranean and Ibiza’s landscape.
Treatments draw on Indian Ayurvedic practices, Mayan volcanic rock techniques and European methods.
Personal training, yoga, pilates, meditation and nutritional coaching are available alongside wellness retreats and visiting practitioners.
The fitness center is equipped with LifeFitness cardio machines, free weights and benches. The spa is open daily from 10am to 9pm.
Spain
Spain occupies the Iberian Peninsula in southwestern Europe, bordered by France and Portugal, with coastlines on both the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea. The country’s 17 autonomous regions maintain distinct languages (Catalan in Catalonia, Basque in País Vasco, and Galician in Galicia), culinary traditions, and cultural identities that affect how you experience different areas. Madrid serves as the capital and geographic center, housing the Prado, Reina Sofía, and Thyssen-Bornemisza museums.
Our Experts
If you've never been to Spain, add it to your travel bucket list. My favourite Spanish destination for luxury travel is Barcelona.
I've lived in Spain and there is nowhere quite like it - a place where cuisine, culture and stunning scenery truly converge into one unforgettable destination.
Stellar service. Stellar products. Stellar people and it gets so much better when you pick up the phone and call.

Slow Down in Andalusia
Tailor-made VacationSeven nights at a single hillside estate, olive groves in every direction, and nowhere else on the schedule. Most Andalusia itineraries move fast: Seville, Córdoba, Granada, and Ronda, each city allotted a day or two before the next. This one does the opposite. A single week is spent based at a rural estate in the hills, with the surrounding towns treated as occasional excursions rather than a checklist.

Madrid & Chueca: A Sapphic City Break
Tailor-made VacationBeyond Chueca's rainbow crossings and crowded terraces lies a quieter world of courtyard bars, bookshops, and more, explored by LGBTQ+ travelers for decades. Chueca's main streets are well known: the rainbow-painted crossing at Pedro Zerolo, the terraces that spill onto the square outside the metro station, and the crowds that gather there most evenings, a scene that has become almost synonymous with the neighborhood's reputation.

Ibiza: Beyond the Clubs
Tailor-made VacationIbiza's reputation was built on its clubs, but its most exclusive addresses have always been in the hills, well away from the partying. Ibiza became a prominent LGBTQ+ destination decades before the superclubs arrived, drawing artists, writers, and a bohemian community to the island's interior through the 1960s and 1970s. That history has been steadily overshadowed by the island's later reputation as Europe's party capital, and this itinerary is built to recover it.
