Accommodation
Rooms and Suites
The Langham, Sydney has rooms and suites running from 39 sqm Superior Rooms through to the flagship Observatory Suite. Every room includes the signature Langham Blissful Bed, a marble bathroom with Chuan Spa toiletries, an espresso machine, and 24-hour in-room dining. Views look out over the city, Observatory Hill, or the Western Harbour. Suites add separate sitting areas, with The Residence stretching to two bedrooms and a kitchenette.
Observatory Suite
The Observatory Suite is the flagship at 322 sqm, with a king bed for up to three guests. Beyond the bedroom, the layout opens into a double drawing room with study and a grand dining room set for entertaining. The marble bathroom has a double basin, shower, and separate bath. High ceilings, bespoke furniture, and views over Observatory Hill and the Sydney skyline round it out.
The Resicence
The Residence is a 110 sqm two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite sleeping up to four, laid out like a city apartment with skyline views. A guest lounge, formal dining area, and fully-equipped kitchenette (full-sized fridge, dishwasher, cooking amenities) make it workable for longer stays or families. Both bedrooms have the Langham Blissful Bed, with double basins, showers, and separate baths in the marble bathrooms.
Superior Room
The Superior Room is the most compact tier at 39 sqm, with a king bed and a city view, sleeping two. Neutral-toned furnishings and large windows set the tone, while the marble bathroom comes with a shower-over-bath and single basin vanity. Standard kit runs the Langham Blissful Bed, Chuan Spa toiletries, robes and slippers, an espresso machine, WiFi, and 24-hour in-room dining.

Dining runs across two main venues. The James, by SRG Hospitality, plates contemporary British cooking with a Sydney twist, plus an international and Australian wine list. The Observatory Bar handles à la carte lunch and dinner alongside cocktails, sharing plates, and a Twilight Hours happy hour. The signature Langham Afternoon Tea, served daily, follows the brand’s 1865 London tradition with scones, sandwiches, and sweets.

Wellness centers on The Day Spa by Chuan, an underground sanctuary offering bespoke and signature treatments via trained therapists. The 20-metre indoor heated pool sits under a hand-painted ceiling mapping the Southern Hemisphere’s constellations. A 24-hour Health Club covers cardio, free weights, and modern strength machines. A floodlit, championship-size tennis court sits opposite the hotel by Observatory Hill, available to guests for a court fee.
