Day by day
This is a sample plan, not a fixed departure. Days can be added, removed or reordered, and almost every client changes something. Prices are an entry-level guide; your quote will be exact.
Day 1: Welcome to Munich
Arrive in Bavaria’s elegant capital, where your private driver greets you at Munich Airport. Upon check-in at Eden Hotel Wolff, an English-speaking assistant introduces you to your bespoke itinerary and welcome package. The property sits a few minutes from the city center, and it’s where you’ll return each evening throughout your stay in Munich. Whether you’re arriving fresh or winding down from travels elsewhere, this first day is built for rest before Munich’s old town and food scene take over tomorrow.
Day 2: Discover Munich's Old Town
Today, a private walking tour takes you through Munich’s picturesque old town. Explore cobbled streets where royal intrigue and global celebrations have left their mark, pausing along the way for coffee or a craft beer. From there, head into the Viktualienmarkt, where your private guide introduces you to Bavarian specialties, from cabbage wraps to the sweet Schmalznudel, sharing the stories behind each one. As evening sets in, return to Eden Hotel Wolff to close out a day built on history, food, and Bavarian charm.
Day 3: Hike Bavaria's Peaks
Leave the city behind for Mount Blomberg, near Bad Tölz. A scenic cable car ride takes you up to panoramic hiking trails, followed by a hearty Bavarian lunch at Berggasthof Blomberghaus, set high among the peaks. In summer, add a toboggan ride down the mountain for good measure. Head back to Eden Hotel Wolff in the evening, ready for Innsbruck tomorrow.
Day 4: Fairytale Castles and Alpine Passages
Venture towards Innsbruck, pausing to explore the enchanting Neuschwanstein Castle. This neo-Romanesque masterpiece, dreamed up by King Ludwig II, embodies the romance of the Bavarian Alps and inspired Disney’s Sleeping Beauty Castle. After your private tour, continue across the mountains to Innsbruck. At the Maximilian Hotel, settle into your Double Room where modern design meets Tyrolean warmth, setting the scene for your Austrian chapter.
Day 5: Innsbruck’s Sweet Secrets
Innsbruck’s heritage and food scene shine on today’s private walking tour. Traverse the city’s storied streets, pausing to admire imperial landmarks and alpine vistas. Your guide—also a seasoned chef—reveals the secrets of Tyrolean cuisine. Sample flaky apple strudel, handcrafted chocolates, and savoury Speck-Jause, paired with schnaps for those seeking a spirited toast. As the day concludes, return to the welcoming Maximilian Hotel, a restful haven amid Innsbruck’s historic beauty.
Day 6: Alpine Lakes and Storybook Villages
Head out for a day trip to Achensee, where a boat cruise takes you across the lake with the Tyrolean mountains rising on either side. From there, continue to Mittenwald, known for its pastel-painted houses and centuries-old violin-making tradition. The drive back passes through Seefeld before returning you to Maximilian Hotel by evening.
Day 7: Arrival in the Dolomites
Depart Innsbruck for Selva, where the majestic Dolomites embrace you. Check in at Hotel Miravalle, a luxurious alpine retreat in the heart of Val Gardena. Spend the afternoon at leisure, whether relaxing at the Essentia-Spa or exploring the village of Selva. The Valgardena Card grants access to the region’s lifts and cable cars, perfect for independent exploration. As the sun sets behind rugged peaks, your sanctuary at Hotel Miravalle awaits.
Day 8: Hiking the Gardenese Dolomites
Accompanied by a specialist hiking guide, ascend via the Col Raiser cable car to panoramic views of the Gardenese Dolomites. Trek past Rifugio Firenze and the fossil-rich Ciaulonch Lake, taking in the quiet of the Puez-Odle Nature Park. Pause at Juac hut, where the silence and views make for a natural break. Return through alpine meadows to Selva, where Hotel Miravalle’s Superior Room awaits for the night.
Day 9: Departure
Bid farewell to the Dolomites as your private driver escorts you to Innsbruck Airport.

Germany's history is what makes it extraordinary. Cross into what used to be East Berlin and you can feel the shift instantly, and the DDR Museum brings it to life properly. If you're feeling bold, Berlin's nightlife is the most dynamic in Europe.
Stellar service. Stellar products. Stellar people and it gets so much better when you pick up the phone and call.

Jewish Heritage in Europe: Berlin, Prague, Krakow & Budapest
Tailor-made VacationThis route traces something more interesting than loss. Jewish life in Europe predates most of the countries built around it by centuries, communities that shaped the culture, commerce, and intellectual life of cities like Prague and Krakow long before the twentieth century tried to erase them entirely. What makes this trip worth taking is how much of that history is still here, in person, rather than behind glass.
