Days 1–3: Buenos Aires
Start in Buenos Aires, where the trip finds its energy. Stay in Recoleta or Palermo, close to the best hotels, restaurants, and nightlife.
Days are for exploring the city’s European feel, from leafy avenues to galleries and café culture. Evenings come into their own, with late dinners, cocktail bars, and a relaxed but confident LGBTQ+ scene.
Include a private tango experience, whether a lesson or a performance, something immersive rather than staged. It sets the tone for the trip and gives you a shared moment early on.
Days 4–6: Mendoza Wine Country
Fly west to Mendoza, where the pace shifts immediately.
Stay at a vineyard lodge with views of the Andes. Days are intentionally unstructured. Cycle between bodegas, settle into long lunches under the vines, and spend time doing very little beyond enjoying where you are.
This is where the honeymoon breathes. The best properties here are low-key but deeply considered, with strong food, excellent wine, and a sense of privacy that feels natural rather than designed.
Optional experiences include private tastings, horseback riding through the vineyards, or a full day exploring the Uco Valley.
Days 7–10: Patagonia
Finish in Patagonia, where the trip opens up.
Base yourself either in El Calafate for access to the Perito Moreno Glacier, or in a more remote lodge setting for a deeper experience of the landscape.
Days are shaped around guided experiences, glacier walks, boat trips, or hiking through vast, open terrain. The scale is the point. It feels removed from everyday life in a way few places do.
