Day 1: Arrival in the Okavango Delta
Arrive in Maun, Botswana and board a light aircraft to fly into the heart of the Okavango Delta. This region offers a true wilderness experience with year-round game viewing and a peaceful introduction to your African adventure. Settle into Camp Okavango, located deep within the delta’s network of channels and islands.
Day 2–3: Explore the Delta
Spend your days immersed in the delta. Glide silently along the waterways in a traditional mokoro canoe, walk alongside an expert tracker on foot, and enjoy sundowners in the bush. Option to sleep under the stars on a remote deck for a once-in-a-lifetime night in the wild.
Day 4: Fly to Moremi Game Reserve
A short scenic flight takes you to Moremi. Landscapes shift to a blend of floodplains and savannah, perfect for game drives. Settle into Camp Moremi and explore the Xakanaxa Lagoon by boat or 4×4.
Day 5: Wildlife in Moremi
Start early to seek out predators, endangered wild dogs, and herds of buffalo, zebra and antelope. This area is also rich in birdlife. Choose between a morning game drive and an afternoon boat safari.
Day 6: From Moremi to Chobe National Park
Fly to Chobe, home to Africa’s highest concentration of elephants. Check in to Chobe Game Lodge, the only lodge located inside the national park. Enjoy a river cruise or game drive with expert guides.
Day 7–8: Chobe at Leisure
You have the option to explore further with morning and afternoon safaris, or take part in a cultural visit to a nearby village. Learn about Chobe’s eco initiatives including solar-powered boats and electric safari vehicles.
Day 9: Cross into Zimbabwe and Arrive at Victoria Falls
Travel to Zimbabwe to witness the thundering Victoria Falls. Enjoy a guided rainforest walk through the misty spray and, for a different angle, take an optional helicopter flight over the falls. Stay at Ilala Lodge, a boutique hotel close to the falls.
Day 10: Adventure or Relaxation at Victoria Falls
Spend the day as you wish. Choose from adrenaline experiences such as ziplining or white-water rafting, or enjoy a spa treatment with a view. In the evening, unwind with a sunset cruise on the Zambezi aboard the elegant Ra-Ikane.
Day 11: Departure
Transfer to the airport for your return flight or continue your journey onward.
