Stavanger is a beautiful seaside town, often overlooked on tours of Norway, and a stay at the Eilert Smith will position you well to explore the town and the dramatic surrounding scenery, complete with fjords and glacial lakes. Chef Sven Erik ReNaa is the creative mastermind behind the two Michelin-star restaurant Re-Naa, which serves a seafood-centric menu inspired by classic Norweigian flavors.
